Junior Coaching

Our coaching programme is divided into three streams, designed to guide every player from developing a love for the game to reaching competitive excellence.

Club Stream

The ideal starting point for anyone keen to get into tennis! We focus on making the game fun and enjoyable while helping players grow their skills. In the first phase (Levels 1-2), we use “backdoor learning” with engaging drills and games. Players naturally pick up the technical, tactical, physical, and mental skills needed to form a strong foundation. As they move to the second phase (Levels 2-3), players build on these basics and start playing full matches, learning more advanced techniques along the way. If you’re just starting out or want to enjoy tennis socially with no pressure, the Club Stream will give you a lifelong love of the sport and the skills to play at a club level.

Competition Stream

For those looking to take their game up a notch, the Competition Stream is the next step. Players train in small, focused groups, typically with a 4:1 player-to-coach ratio, ensuring they receive the attention they need to thrive. These players are keen to represent their clubs in matches and compete in external tournaments. Our aim is to give players the tools to continue playing competitively as adults, with the skills and experience to play for their club teams. If you think your child is ready for the challenge, get in touch with our coaching team to start their competitive journey.

Academy Stream

Our top-tier programme is for those with a real passion for tennis and the drive to reach the highest levels. Academy players dedicate significant time each week to group sessions, private lessons, match practice, external tournaments, and strength and conditioning. These athletes are striving to compete at county level and beyond. If your child is committed to making tennis their main sport, we’d be thrilled to help them reach their potential.
